Hey, am Ken Malachi.
A young writer, a lover of wisdom, a word smith, poet, essayist, student of life and an all-around bookworm.
As a writer, I cherish the art of literature. Words are an embodiment of their writer’s thoughts, passion, personality and being. A message vested through statements, dialects painted in paragraphs, a mirror of one’s thoughts and a lesson for the soul.
In the words of William Makepeace Thackeray:
“There are a thousand thoughts lying within a man that he does not know till he takes up a pen to write.”
This quote is the epitome of the inspirational value of literature. I believe that literature possesses an overwhelming power: it has the ability not only to entertain but, to challenge its readers to ascertain a deeper understanding of the world.
It’s through reading that we embrace learning, I can’t emphasize how important it is to value learning, introspection and general self-actualization, and as a blogger I hope to write and have fun with it all.
I aim through my writings to open anyone willing to read, learn and expanding the mental horizons to what we need to know concerning the world, what makes us begin to understand who we are ,understand the people around us, society and the world as a whole.
So if not why not be a student of life?
I have always valued living life with meaning, zest and Joy. Learning, writing and reading about how important life is, how important it is to live a good life and how one should master themselves.
I am not the first and certainly not the last to venture down these streets. In an age of knowledge and ideas, choose to know, regardless of who you are and where you are.
Like Churchill said;
“To improve is to change, to perfect is a change often.”
I see it as my job to facilitate discussions about life and the universe in a manner that’s intellectual, philosophical and introspective with an ever present openness to the idea that any and all opinions and ideas may prove to have merit.
